Last weekend, on Saturday August 26, we made it to the little island of Læsø as to co-host a wine-dine event with our restaurant partner VesterØL, with the duo-Chef couple Kamilla and Thomas in lead. Together we served a 6 by 6 servings, with seasonal dishes on local island produce paired with our Greek wines.
The combined Danish-Greek taste experiences turned a great success by the locals and international guests. The tasting should have lasted an hour, but, we ended spending the whole evening.
We hope to be able to repeat the event in the future.
