A unique wine on the Fokiano grape. This beautiful red is a handmade rarity by the family behind Afianes Wines. It is foot stomped on granite, vinified & macerated in earthed Pithari - Greek for Amphora - following the thousands-year-long traditions, that have been practised on the magical, Blue Zone island of Ikaria.

This wine is macerated and wild-fermented with skins on amphora. After two days, the must has separated from the skins, and the wine is matured for 10 months on amphora.
