Direct press and natural fermentation on stainless steel tank, temperature controlled at 16-18C.
The wines was made with no additions. It was only lightly filtered and no sulphites were added.
A very light coloured white wine. Notes of must, of apple most and citrus fruits. The palette is with a great acidity that gently continues to bite. Long aftertaste.
A great Assyrtiko white, top for value for money from the mainland.
