A living legend in the world of orange wine. Like no other, Tatsis Roditis Organe has made headway for the Greek oranges.
The wine is made from the grapes of old vines growing in soils rich in limestone. 32 days of maceration in open cisterns and spontaneously fermented, followed by 12 months on old oak casks, before being bottled without filtration or sulphites.
Gorgeous dark golden colour with aromas of orange blossom, rose and yeast. Has a nice acidity, playful tannins, complexity and long aftertaste, but very drinkable all the same.
The wine can and could be found all over Denmark and Sweden. Among other places, at Bar Poldo, ILUKA, S'vineriet Vinapotek, Spisehuset, Sabotøren, Mastro, Restaurant Vår as well as Julie, Pia's Kitchen and Ambar.
