Low-intervention red wine on the Mavrodaphne varietal.
The vines grow at an altitude of 900 metres and receive no fertilizers or irrigation. The grapes are harvested by hand and the most fermented with wild-yeasts. It is then transferred to large oak barrels and matured for 8 months. It is bottled unfiltered and without sulfites.
Purple hues in the glass with aromas of flowers and red berries, vanilla and chocolate. Has a decent body and crispness from a well-tempered acidity, Notes of blackberry and herbs on the palate.
Pair with pasta dishes, spices and fatty meat.
