This red is made with 50% Mavrodaphne, 25% Mavro Kalavritino and 25% Agiorgitiko, a unique blend for a unique wine. The grapes come from old vines organically cultured and unfertilized.
The grapes are harvested by hand and the juice is fermented with wild yeasts in oak vats. It is matured for 24 months on old oak and bottled without filtering or sulphites.
Strong notes of stone fruit, spice and florality.
