Tetramythos Roditis is made from Roditis grapes hand harvested from 20-40-year-old vines at an altitude of 850 metres, growing in soil rich in limestone.
The grapes are pressed using basket presses and the most is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks.
The wine has delicate aromas of citrus and minerals. Has a long and pleasant aftertaste with a hint of salt.
Roditis can be enjoyed by itself on a nice sunny day out on the terrace, but also pairs well with many dishes - steamed or grilled vegetables, mussels and fish - add some lemon and olive oil, and hold the spices.
Roditis is often compared to Pinot Grigio from Italy, as both grapes have light pink skin pigmentation - but this is a more complex white with more body and taste than a Pinot Grigio.
