Shipping & Refund Policy

From DKK 49,-

We offer the following delivery/pickup methods:

  1. Free pickup of your order, after confirmation from us and during opening hours, in our shop: Kapellet, Blågårds Pl. 6A, 2200 København N.

  2. Personal delivery in Greater Copenhagen by bike or car - this will cost a small CO2 fee of DKK 60,- contact us to see if this option is available. Minimum of 6 bottles.

  3. PostNord or other package delivery service from DKK 49,- in Denmark and DKK 77,- in Sweden.

In the delivery form, please state your name, address, telephone number and email address. you will receive a notice from us when your package has been sent.

In the 'Country' menu, please state if you want the package delivered to an address in Denmark or Sweden.

We here at OINOFILIA strive to send out packages once per week, usually on Thursdays during times of regular workload. It is possible that we will send out packages more quickly than stated, and you will receive your package more quickly than estimated.

The packages will be sent to a local post office or package shop near you, not to home addresses as a standard rule. This policy is used in both Denmark and Sweden.

If you are interested in delivery to a private address or are receiving the package as part of a firm, please contact us via email. We will try to find a solution that works for you.

You will receive a notice to your email address when the package has been sent. Expect this process to take up to 4 days.

If you are unsure as to which means of delivery works best for you, please write us, and we will be in contact with the possibilities and prices, so your package can get to you in the manner that suits you best.

For delivery to other European countries, please contact us for the cheapest solution. We will get back to you, as quick as possible with a pricepoint.

Complaints & Refunds
It is not possible to get wine refunded - as per the statutes in the Danish consumer right protections: Forbrugeraftaleloven § 17, STK 1, JF. § 9 

If you experience any errors or faulty products with products purchased from OINOFILIA, or if you, for any other reason, are not happy with the products you have received - e.g. corked wines - you must contact us via email within three days of receiving your delivery from us.

In cases where a refund is agreed upon, you must return your faulty product to the following address:
