Collection: Domaine de Kalathas

Meet vigneron Jérôme Binda's wines from Domaine de Kalathas on the island of Tinos in the Greek Cyclades.

Grapes are all biodynamic and certified organic and made of bush vines vines from 50 up to 200 years years of age, standing in the wind, in the sun, in granite sand in a valley that looks more like the "Total Recall" Sci-Fi landscape than anythings else...

Jérôme Binda works with the local both blue and green grapes that you may never have heard of before... Rozaki, Aspro Potamis, Mavro Potamisi, Koumariano & Kondoura and created stunning handmade natural wine that last and last when opened and which all express an amazing whiff of the Mediterranean Sea, with elegant scents and tastes of seaweed, salt and minerality.

Enjoy this short vimeo with Jérôme Binda taking us around Domaine de Kalathas and some of the unique vineyards.

The photos here is from our first visit at Domaine de Kalathas in September 2016.
