An easy-drinking and exuberant white wine on the idiosyncratic Vostilidi varietal, an
increasingly rare grape, indigenous to the Ionian islands. Like all Haritatos wines, this
heirloom revival is a single variety, single vineyard, and a pure expression of its terroir.
An excellent foil for quail, risotto, a carbonara, or perhaps something more
traditionally Greek, like stuffed vine leaves.
