Muscat grapes grown in small parcels are allowed to ferment spontaneously, yielding
a dry white wine that is elegant, aromatic, and deliciously uninhibited. Although
unmistakably true to its terroir, this bright citrus Muscat is hard to pin down — or
resist. Pair it with salads, shellfish, fried fish, and cheese, or enjoy it on its own.
