A rare sweet from sun-dried pink-hued Moschofilero grapes.

The wines were made with no additions. It was not filtered or manipulated in any way. No sulfites were added.

The wine was found during the Summer of 2022 at the dessert pairing of Restaurant Høfde4 at Blåvand on the Danish West Cost.
