Wine on the local Savatiano grape. The most has been subject to short maceration at low temperatures and with wild yeasts. It is bottled without filtration and sulphites.

Dark golden hues and characterized by lots of interesting deep aromas; apple, young sherry and truffle, button mushrooms and almond. Similar on the pallet, with elegant acidity and long aftertaste.

Pair with vegetables and fried fish or meats.
