This very first vintage of Sideritis Nature is produced from grapes of a single, ungrafted vineyard - 54 years old. The vines are trained in traditional pergolas, located in the Aigialeia seaside region.

The grapes are harvested late in mid-November. The wine is a light orange wine, with a maceration time of 5 days, and is characterised by unique aromas and tastes of laurel, thyme, citrus fruits and pear. It has great acidity and the signature whiff of Tetramythos salt/minerality.

Certified organic, bottled unfined, unfiltered & natural.

The wine is very new in Scandinavia but is quickly finding its way around the country - find it at ILUKA, Gaarden & Gaden, Bar Poldo and Babylon among others.
